1st row text, the equivalent French text is below the English text. Raw ground meat and raw ground poultry may contain bacteria that could cause illness if mishandled or cooked improperly. Do not consume any portion raw.

2nd row text, the equivalent French text is below the English text. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Separate raw meats from ready-to-eat foods.

3rd row text, the equivalent French text is below the English text. Cook to a safe internal temperature – ground meat to 71°C (100°F), ground poultry to 74°C (165°F).
